The Google Home is powered by Google Assistant & you will be able to interact with the device by setting it up to recognize your voice. Once the speaker becomes attuned to your voice, it will be able to pick up commands from you. The device, apart from playing music on request, can also help users manage tasks around their house and answer queries that one would generally look for on the search engine.
The Google Home has interchangeable bases that are available in a plethora of colors. At the top of the Google Home is a capacitive touch display. It has four LEDs. The display can be used to trigger the Assistant, adjust the volume, interact with the device, and more. There is also a mute button on the outer shell of the device.
Google Home Mini is a trim down and more compact version of the Home speaker just like Amazon Echo Dot which is smallest among all of the Echo Devices. Currently, there is no information regarding the pricing of the Google Home and Home Mini.
